Caught Between Sunshine & Shadow is a collection of stories and poems written by people who have bipolar disorder and are managing their condition, being able to live fulfilled lives despite their diagnosis. The book includes the stories and poems of more than thirty New Zealanders – from teenagers to octogenarians, males and females from all walks of life, who have found the courage to speak out about their experiences in the hope that their stories will be a source of inspiration for others.  

Due to an overwhelming response, only a selection of stories could be included in the paperback book; the remaining 25 stories and poems are now available in PDF format for all those purchasing the paperback book.
